This tour is reserved exclusively for members of the GOALD COAST Bushwalkers Club Inc Experience the outstanding beauty and unique customs of Japan's "yukiguni" snow country on this 9-day, 8-night mid-winter tour that takes in the highlights of central Honshu through snowshoeing and a variety of cultural activities in the mountainous prefectures of Gifu and Nagano. Explore snow-covered landscapes slowly on foot, soak in natural hot spring baths, sample a variety of local cuisine, stay in a temple, and visit some incredible sights; from majestic castles to picturesque thatched-roof villages buried under meters of snow.
